New in 1.3
- SuperStage support. Point a SuperStage moving head or wash at the ball and it makes its own rays and dots, in its own colour. The ball reads the beam direction, beam angle, colour and DMX dimmer straight from the fixture. No extra setup, and SuperStage stays optional.
- Two new settings: React To Super Stage (on/off) and Super Stage Strength, to tame fixtures that hang very close to the ball.
- A more realistic pin spot beam. In the haze, the beam now really stops at the ball. When the zoom is wider than the ball, you see the ball's shadow in the beam.

Why it matters
On a real stage the mirror ball is never lit by a pin spot alone. A couple of moving heads hit it on a chorus, a wash fills it with colour on a slow song. Now you can program exactly that in Unreal: busk it from your desk over DMX, and the ball answers like the real thing. Keep the room dark, bring the heads in slowly, and let the dots do the work.
Also in the plugin
If you have not looked since the first release, these came with 1.2 and are all in 1.3:
- Up to 4 pin spots, each a complete fixture with its own direction, distance, height, colour, dimmer and zoom.
- Any spot light or moving head that hits the ball makes rays and dots in its own colour.
- Quality presets: Low, Medium, High and Cinematic, from light hardware to movie renders.
- 26-channel DMX mode, DMX Library fixture patch and MVR import.
